PAN ANALYTICS · Healthcare intelligence
Bring clinical activity, patient access, workflow, and recorded billing into one connected view. PAN Analytics turns scheduled exports from PAN Enterprise into practical dashboards for your team.
Public examples use synthetic data. Subscription data access is arranged separately.
The dashboard collection
Six complementary views help teams ask better questions about demand, access, service delivery, and the data behind each result.
Compare activity over time, service mix, and source-specific patient and encounter counts.
Explore examination and visit types, recorded referring doctors and facilities, and weekday activity.
Review age bands, cities, aggregate geographic patterns, and available travel-distance information.
Follow recorded milestones and visit status. Compare median and 90th-percentile turnaround where timestamps are available.
Review invoice-value distributions, recorded balances, overdue days, and billing-data coverage in Trinidad and Tobago dollars.
Check source export age, pipeline status, exported-versus-indexed counts, missing fields, and historical coverage.
The examples below illustrate what you can explore. Available views depend on your data and subscription scope.

PAN Analytics subscriptions
Researchers, analysts, students, and other non-clinical users can sign up for a PAN Analytics subscription to access anonymized data for data analytics. You do not need to operate a clinic or use another PAN module.
Use the datasets included in your subscription to study trends, compare patterns, and develop analytical skills. Subscription access covers the agreed anonymized datasets; identifiable clinical records are not included.
Tell us your area of interest and the analysis you want to perform. AIS will confirm dataset availability, scope, pricing, and access terms before activating your subscription.
Submit your details and AIS Information will help you choose the right access.
The data pipeline
Scheduled source exports feed an ELK-based reporting workflow. Validation and record matching help keep repeat imports consistent, while source freshness remains visible.
Configured PAN source systems export data on a schedule.
Check the expected schema, normalize fields, and assign stable record keys.
Publish a source snapshot only after export and index counts match.
Explore the verified data in Kibana, with freshness and quality visible alongside it.
Source export age, pipeline status, and exported-versus-indexed counts help distinguish a quiet day from an overdue feed. Updates follow the configured export schedule.
Activity rows are not always unique visits. Missing timestamps are not zero-duration visits. Recorded invoice values are not cash receipts or revenue; use accounting reports for those totals.
Connected to the PAN family
Bring together available examination and clinical-visit exports from configured PAN Enterprise systems. We map the source fields, agree reporting definitions, and confirm dashboard access and refresh schedules during implementation.
